You can return any eligible item within 14 days from the date the package was delivered.

Return shipping and handling fees are FREE when you submit a return request on buddhasayulita.com if you choose to receive your refund as Shoptiques.com credit.

If you choose to receive your refund to your original payment method, the cost of a prepaid return shipping label is deducted from the amount of your refund.

If the goods you purchase do not meet a legal guarantee that applies to you, Buddha Sayulita will always provide the remedy that you are entitled to! Depending on your local laws this may include a refund, replacement, repair or compensation.

A Trust & Safety Fee is charged per each order and is non-refundable in case of a return.
